Teiara (13), Cassy (12) and Paxtyn (8) work on weeding their garden near Cumberland, OH in Guernsey County on Friday, June 29th, 2012. The girls planted their seeds and grew their plants then transplanted them to their garden. They plan to learn and be involved in the whole food cycle, from working in their garden to harvesting the bounty, fresh fixings they can make with them as well as learning to preserve their foods and of course, the fun part, fixing their preserved food for winter consumption.
